We are proud to warranty our products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
We cannot honor warranty claims for any defects or damage caused by re-inking our stamps with the incorrect ink, or with ink purchased from another company.
Returns & Refunds: Custom Products
We manufacture custom products based on the specifications and customization details provided to us by the customer.
We cannot be held responsible for mistakes a customer makes when customizing their product and will not replace these orders at no charge. Please check your spelling and product preview when customizing a product to ensure what you have entered meets your desired output.
If for any reason we make an error on your order, or the product does not function according to it's specifications, we will replace it free of charge.
Returns & Refunds: Stock Products
We do accept returns on stock items. However, we do not provide or reimburse for the return shipping charges.
